New Magic Group FZE (NMG) was founded in 2019 in the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates. NMG is a new kind of venture partner: it invests its own capital in start-ups, early-stage and emerging technology companies with high growth potential in the UAE, the region and international markets.
Since 2025, NMG also operates an industrial trading division, supplying plant equipment and spare parts to energy and industrial operators.
